Leadership Coaching is action-oriented, objective, and highly effective in unlocking a person’s or organization’s potential in order to maximize their own performance. Individuals receiving coaching learn to remove obstacles limiting effectiveness, producing more confidant and motivated and gratified employees. Similarly, a 2002 study indicated that organizations with performance enhancing cultures experience significant bottom-line motivation, at times as high as 900%! (Crane, The Heart of Coaching). Coaching can be arranged for private individuals, executives, teams, or entire organizations.
Although all of our coaching is strengths-based and designed to empower the individual, we feel it is important to acknowledge our appreciation and respect for this brand of coaching.
